You’ll need a standard TfL private hire driver licence. The vehicle itself is already TfL-licensed and compliant, so there’s no extra vehicle paperwork on your end.

To hire a PCO car from Fleeto, you must meet the following criteria:

• At least 3 years of driving experience in London
• A valid UK driving licence
• An active PCO licence
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• No more than 2 at-fault accidents on record
• Minimum age: 25 or above

If you fall outside these criteria, we may still provide a vehicle. However, you must arrange insurance through an approved provider.

Your weekly payment includes:

Car rent
Regular maintenance
Scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer requirements
Road tax, MOT, & PHV licence
24/7 roadside assistance
Tyres for wear and tear (punctures are not included)

You can still get a vehicle if you have up to 6 points on your driving licence. However, you must contact us before visiting our office to discuss your situation. We may also be able to assist with arranging insurance if needed.

Fleeto operates in London within the scope of the TFL licence.

If you wish to extend your hire, just contact the customer support team who will be happy to assist you.

You are eligible to get a PCO car from Fleeto with the following conditions:

At least 3 years of driving experience in London
A driving licence
An active PCO licence
No more than 3 points on a driving licence
No more than 2 fault accidents
Minimum age requirement 25 years or above
Penalty points limit upto 6

We aim to have you in and out of the office within 90 minutes.

You should have the following documents to rent a car:

DVLA driving licence
PCO Licence & badge
National insurance number
Utility bills, phone bills, or bank statement
